Anusuchi-3 (monthly summary)

Anusuchi-3 (अनुसूची-३) is the official monthly summary a camp site sends upward: how many children were dosed, split by gender, by new or repeat, and by age group. This page is for SuperAdmin, GeneralAdmin and LocationAdmin.

Opening the page

Open Admin → Reports → Anusuchi-3 — Monthly Summary.

1. Pick a Campsite. A LocationAdmin sees only their own sites. If you have exactly one site, it is chosen for you and the summary loads at once.
2. Set From (AD) and To (AD). The default is from the first day of the current Nepali (BS) month to today.
3. The Summary section fills in as soon as all three are set. Change any of them and it reloads.

Why the default is a BS month

Anusuchi-3 is a Nepali monthly report. A BS month straddles two AD months, so an AD calendar month would split it in half. The page defaults to the BS month for this reason. You can still pick any AD dates you like.

What is counted

The summary counts children, not doses. A child is included when they have at least one completed dose at the chosen site on a camp day whose date falls inside the period (both dates inclusive). A child dosed three times in the period is counted once.

Each child then lands in one cell of the matrix:

• Category — Female, Male or Other, from the child’s record.
• New or Repeat — see the rule below.
• Age group — the child’s age on the To date: 1–2 yrs (under 24 months), 2–3 yrs (24 to 35 months), 3–4 yrs (36 to 47 months), 4–5 yrs (48 months and over).

The matrix

Each All row is the sum of its four age rows. The Total block adds Female, Male and Other together. Total in each row is New plus Repeat.

How “New” is decided

A child is New when their first ever completed dose, at any site, happened inside the period. Otherwise they are Repeat.

Two details matter:

• The first dose is looked for across all camp sites, not only the chosen one. A child dosed last month at another site and this month at yours is Repeat here.
• A child with prior paper doses (a prior dose count above zero on their record) is always Repeat, even if this is their first dose recorded in SBDMS. They were dosed before the digital system existed, so they are not new to the programme.

The totals tiles

Under the matrix:

• Total participants — the number of children in the matrix.
• Total drops given — the number of completed dose sessions at the site in the period. A child dosed on three camp days adds three here but one to participants.
• Screened, not dosed — children whose screening was recorded on a camp day in the period but whose dose was never completed. This tile turns amber when above zero. These children are not in the matrix or the totals. Fix them from the camp day report; see Camp day report. Once marked as dosed they join the figures here.

A month that looks short

If the site remembers dosing more children than the matrix shows, check the amber tile first. Screened-but-not-dosed children are the usual reason.

Pick PDF (default) or XLSX next to the button and click ⇣ Download PDF or ⇣ Download XLSX. Both are bilingual (Nepali and English) in the official layout. The header carries today’s date as BS (BS) / AD (AD), worked out the same way as on Anusuchi-2. The file is named anusuchi-3_<date-time>.pdf or .xlsx.

The button is disabled until a summary with at least one participant is on screen.

Errors you may see

Anusuchi-3 inside Anusuchi-2

The Preview box on the Anusuchi-2 Mode B page uses the same counting rules. The Female and Male totals with new and repeat that you see there are the Anusuchi-3 figures for that site and period.
